About Us
We exist to catalyze positive change in the lives of young people by equipping students, and the educators and leaders who support them, with the tools, skills, and relationships they need to thrive in school, in life, and in leadership.
Founded by dedicated educators, our organization provides comprehensive mentorship, coaching, academic support, and developmental programming for young people from middle school through college. Students don't start over at every transition. We stay with them through middle school, high school, and beyond, offering one continuous experience of support from Grade 6 through college. We partner with schools, families, educators, and communities to help students navigate critical educational transitions, develop the skills needed for success, and build a strong foundation for their future.
Our programming is delivered through school-day, after-school, and summer experiences, allowing us to provide consistent support across the different environments where students learn, grow, and develop.
